In this element drive it includes all clipart elements that were made in 2023. You can use these elements commercially or personally. you MUST at least 50% of your own elements or words to make a new completed design.
Included in this drive are commercial use and transfer licenses for everything in the drive. Embroidery license is NOT included in the drive. If you want to make embroidery designs with these elements you must purchase the embroidery license separately. Make sure the license is in the same purchase as the drive in order to make it valid. Also put in the notes 2023 element drive.
